Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Recruit Fit collects, why, and who it is shared with. We collect as little as we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment information. We receive your email address and a record that the payment was made. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your license. We store your license key, the email from your purchase, how many report credits remain, and when reports were run.
• Player profiles. The player information you enter (such as name, position, measurables, grades and preferences) is sent to our servers only to produce your report. We do not save player profiles or finished reports on our servers.

What stays on your device

Your license key, the last player profile you entered and your most recent report are saved in your own browser so they are there next time you open the app. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Who we share information with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Anthropic, the AI provider that runs the research. The player profile is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the report. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models.
• Our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), which run the website and store license records.

We do not sell your information or share it with colleges, coaches, recruiting services or advertisers.

Players under 18

Recruit Fit is meant to be purchased by a parent, guardian or adult player. Reports are about high school athletes, so please only enter information you have permission to share. Recruit Fit is not intended for children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your license record and purchase email at any time by contacting us at the support address listed on this page or your receipt. Deleting it removes any remaining credits.

Security

All traffic to Recruit Fit is encrypted. License records are stored in a database that only our server can access.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
