These terms cover your use of Recruit Fit (the Recruit Fit website and app). By buying a license or running a report, you agree to them.

What Recruit Fit is

Recruit Fit is a research tool. It uses the player information you enter and information it finds on public websites, including college roster and program pages, to suggest colleges that may fit a baseball or softball player. Reports are produced with the help of artificial intelligence.

Reports are guidance, not guarantees

• Reports are estimates. They can contain errors or out-of-date information, because rosters, coaching staffs, programs and rules change often.
• Recruit Fit does not promise admission, a roster spot, playing time, or any scholarship or financial aid.
• Always confirm roster details with the college and NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA rules with the school's compliance office before making decisions.
• Recruit Fit is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any college or conference.

Licenses and report credits

• Each purchase gives you a license key with a set number of report credits. One credit is used each time a report finishes successfully.
• If a report fails, the credit is returned automatically.
• Keep your license key private. Anyone with your key can use its credits. We are not responsible for credits used by someone you shared your key with.
• Credits do not expire as long as Recruit Fit is operating.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase and agree to these terms.
• Enter information you have the right to share. Do not enter information about a player without the player's or their parent's permission.
• Do not misuse the service, including trying to get around license limits, overload the service, or copy or resell reports or the app.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Limitation of liability

Recruit Fit is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Recruit Fit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on a report.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Recruit Fit after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
