Refund Policy

We want every report to be worth it. Here's how refunds work.

Failed reports

If a report doesn't finish, the credit is returned to your license automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused reports

Within 30 days of purchase, you can get a full refund for any purchase where no reports have been used, or a partial refund for the unused reports in a pack. Contact us with the email you used to buy and your license key. Email .

Used reports

Reports that ran successfully are not refundable, because the research has already been done. If something in a report was clearly wrong, contact us. We'll look at it and may add a replacement credit.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days.
